1. Select report type -select from the list below report type
2. Select units or groups -select unit, units or tick in on group name to select all group. Select all - tick in [Select all]
3. Select data for report -selected will be included in to report table
4. Details -set up stop time limit, select geozones and schedule report document format: Stops - type minimum time not to include to report as stop. ( Example: If typed 3 min. Stops will show on report, if stopped for longer than 3 min ) Speed limit (mph) - for speed reports only. Manual Speed: type speed limit allowed to include to report Road speed: road speed limits overspeed will be included to report Format - select report file format for schedule or save reports. (HTML, PDF or XLS type document)
5. Timescale -select period and time for report
6. Additional information -for some reports zones and sensors data can be included to report table, If greyed - report type is not compatible with zones or sensors: Zones - select zones to include to report Sensors - select sensors to include to report Maps Link - show coordinates in report Show addresses - show addresses on report Zones instead of addresses - replace addresses with geozones names if match location Ignore empty reports - if unit had no activity and was stationary (offline) empty rows not included to report
7. Schedule report - create schedule for reports to be sent via e-mail: Email - type e-mail or e-mails to receive reports. Multiple e-mails should be separated with coma without spaces. (Example: emailone@domain.com,emailtwo@domain.com) Daily - selected time to schedule report every day. (Recommended select 15 min earlier than preferred time) Weekly - select time and week day to schedule report. Only on selected weekday and time report will be sent via e-mail. (Recommended set up 15 min earlier preferred time)
8. Driver behaviour score -only for behaviour reports.Type lowest and highest score for report
– Save, preview and download report: Save - to save report, or save as schedule. Preview -Summary preview table will show time, addresses distances and trips durations for selected units.
– PDF / HTML / XLS - downloads report in selected document format
ACTIVITY REPORT - provides basic information like: route length, top speed, average speed, consumed fuel and etc.
ACTIVITY REPORT (TABLE) - activity report information is shown in the table
UNIT INFORMATION - provides all known information about object which is set in object settings
UNIT LOCATION- provides information about current objects position and status
STATIONARY - provides information about current objects position and stationary duration
TRIPS AND STOPS - provides the same information as activity, but adds objects stops and driving information, location where object stopped, duration of intervals between stops, etc.
TRIPS AND STOPS (WITH SENSORS) - trips and stops report with selected sensor status. (Example: door sensor status for live stock trailer)
TIMESHEET - provides coordinates and addresses of stops, length between stops and object fuel consumption
DAILY MILEAGE- report about daily mileage
SPEEDING - all recorded cases of speeding will be reflected in report as well as additional information such as how much speed has been exceeded, excess time and etc.
UNDERSPEEDS - all recorded cases of under-speeding will be reflected in the report
GEOZONES (ENTRY/EXIT)- entry time in each zone, exit time out of zone, stay time in zone, this option requires to select zones
EVENTS - provides events information: time, event name coordinates and address
SERVICE - provides service information
FUEL FILINGS - shows object fuel fillings history. Results depends on fuel fillings accuracy settings
FUEL THEFTS - shows object fuel thefts history. Results depends on fuel thefts accuracy settings
SENSORS - provides information about logic sensors, when they were turned on and off with duration
DRIVER BEHAVIOUR (VEHICLE) - provides score about driver behaviour (over-speeds and harsh driving), driver must be assigned to object in order to use this report
DRIVER BEHAVIOUR (DRIVER ID) - provides score about driver behaviour (over-speeds and harsh driving), driver must be assigned to object in order to use this report
